Facelift for 1930s house

This 1930s detached property in Lichfield had been substantially extended to the rear but was looking tired and outdated from the front. Three gables were introduced which served to not only modernise the facade but also to increase the limited headroom in the bedrooms.  The new windows and render along with a contemporary new entrance porch transformed this property into a bright new modern home.

Homes under the Hammer

This bungalow in Drakelowe was bought at auction and featured on 'Homes under the Hammer'. The garage and workshop were converted into a 'granny annex' and the bungalow was extended with the existing partially converted loft fully converted into Bedroom spaces and the Master Bedroom benefiting from views over the open countryside.

Remodelling

This project involved the insertion of a 3rd floor into an existing 2 storey barn conversion to create a new bedroom and ensuite bathroom. High spec fittings and attention to detail created a truly spectacular remodelling.

House Extension

This detached house in Rolleston-on-Dove had a substantial 2 storey extension added to it to create 2 additional Bedrooms and a large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Family room with bifolding doors opening out onto the garden.

Renovation

Located on the outskirts of Abotts Bromley this 19th century Grade II listed Manorhouse was substantially renovated to create a beautiful family home.

Bungalow Extension

A single storey rear extension to a bungalow in Ashby-de-la-Zouch gave the owners a large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Family Room opening out onto the garden. The loft is currently being converted as part of the works.
