I established A for Architect in 2009 after working for over 10 years in private practice on a diverse range of projects in the public and private sector. I studied Architecture at the University of Nottingham. 

 

I am passionate about designing site specific buildings which bring enjoyment to the end user. I believe buildings should have a light touch on the earth working with the environment rather than competing against it.

A for Architect is here to help make the space you need whether you are looking to convert your garage or loft, extend your house, renovate a listed building, develop an area of land or build a new home. We also undertake small scale commercial developments. 

 

We have a flexible approach to all projects so you can involve us as little or as much as you want. We can help you make more effective use of existing space or help you create bigger, better, brighter new spaces.

We provide a free initial consultation to discuss your project.  We offer competitive fees on either a pay-as-you-go or lump sum basis.

VAT does not apply to fees at present.

Operating mainly in and around Burton-on-Trent, Derby, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Lichfield A for Architect are currently involved in a variety of domestic and commercial projects.
